Handle administrative duties in a timely manner and have good experience and knowledge of performing routine clinical tasks to support physicians and administrative staff.
Must have medical office experience and insurance knowledge.
Must have Pain Management or Operative experience & out of network insurance knowledge without training Primary office location will be at Totowa Office & commuting to South Plainfield(when required) Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Checking in/checking out patients, triage phone Online Insurance communication for Verifying Patient's Benefits(In and Out of Network), Procedure & MRI/Medication Pre-authorization/ Precertification, Co-Pays and Deductibles, PIP/WC Working up patients from waiting to exam rooms, obtaining vitals and updating patient's EMR Assisting the doctors with in office procedures Preparing and sending Booking Sheets to Surgery Centers Fax, Scan and Upload Medical Documents with Accuracy Data inputting and lab results transferring to different platforms with accuracy Must be computer savvy Salary commensurate with experience Our practice full time positions, competitive salary relative to experience and skill sets, benefit package negotiated with serious inquires.
