Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Whether you are working in a hotel or restaurant setting, your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations - Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items - Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organization - Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient seating and service - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Provide recommendations on food and beverage options - Assist with general restaurant or hotel duties as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team as a Host/Host and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
