Must be able to book potential roofing estimate appts from leads accordingly.
The ideal candidate to join our team will provide administrative & Soft sales support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Training provided if not versed in any roofing; very easy any light knowledge taught - Strong customer service & Soft Calling Leads (Scheduling) - Address complaints & concerns professionally - Basic front desk:
File, proofread, and transcribe, upload documents as needed - Provide administrative support to bosses Requirements:
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite - Experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus - Sales experience is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Maintain office cleanliness and organization This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, gain valuable administrative experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
