The primary goal for the JJM Packaging Quality Control Technician is to ensure the quality and safety of all JJM Packaging products.
The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for monitoring all of the equipment and packaging lines in the plant.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
First Shift:

00am-3:
00pm Ensure the output of equipment is of appropriate quality by Checking primary package integrity.
Verifying fill weights.
Communicate findings to the Operators and floor supervisors to ensure necessary adjustments are made in real time.
Complete Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR's) Ensure the output of packaging lines is of appropriate quality by Checking secondary packaging integrity.
Verifying product count quantity.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Other duties as assigned.
