Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule and confirm appointments using office scheduling systems - Collect and verify patient insurance information - Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department - Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors - Assist with medical scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Requirements:
