Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly - Process payments and operate the Aloha POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent customer service and guest relations skills - Basic knowledge of culinary terminology and food service procedures - Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales - Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.
