You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that incorporate data analytics, process improvement methodologies, and technological advancements to optimize our operations.

Continuous Improvement Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy focused on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall performance.
Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementation of improvement initiatives.

Data Analytics and Performance Metrics:
Establish and oversee a robust data analytics program, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure operational performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to drive operational excellence.
3.
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma:
Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and reduce defects.
