We are currently seeking a Engineering Product Manager to work closely with our Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, project scope, execution and completion of a project while managing the team, timelines and resources.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work directly with Engineering team to ensure execution of projects while meeting, performance, quality and scheduling goals Create and execute strategic goals, such as roadmaps to drive efficacy Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Report and escalate issues or major roadblocks to Leadership as needed Create monitor KPIs for product successManage the product lifecycle and become the on-site expert for all inquiries Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities for improvement, including competitive and customer analysis, researching technological developments, and identifying trends and opportunities in the industryUtilize software to keep track of tasks and schedule Ensure teams are collaborating well, and staying motivated and on schedule Skills and Knowledge 5
years of experience in Project Management Proven ability to understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings and associated documents Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to drive complex projects with minimal oversight Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions Exceptional communication skills and social awareness Results-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role A consulting background, lighting industry background, LC credential, PMP or other relevant industry certifications or registrations is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus About us Coronet continues to grow and exceed expectations in producing high-end architectural luminaires quickly and efficiently.
