Modern office setting Warehouse Our company has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator.
Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Qualifications - Associate or Bachelor's Degree - Previous experience working in an office is preferred - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software programs quickly - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - High level of professionalism and confidentiality Schedule:
