We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer who can take a lead role in product design, development and fabrication support on small to mid-sized programs. The candidate must have the ability to work in an Integrated Product Team while having extensive contact with top management in the Electronic Combat Systems Business Area.
Responsibilities may include providing design expertise on projects including proposal efforts, design and specification, selection and configuration and development. The candidate must be able to forecast and coordinate the initial and ongoing labor needs for their assigned projects while generating high quality designs in accordance with contractual requirements. They must be able to work in multi-discipline teams defining requirements, acceptance criteria, project scheduling, budgeting and manpower staffing needs with the goal to meet or exceed cost and schedule commitments. In addition the candidate will likely be required to prepare reports or studies required by customers at a planning and technical level consistent with task requirements and present these at internal or custome meetings.

Bachelors Degree and 8
years related experience
Preferred Skills and Education
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) including Control Account Manager (CAM) requirements.
