Position Title: Appointment Setter
Job Description:
Weekly Salary plus Commission & Bonus Plan
Responsible for increased sales of security related packages by soliciting and generating appointments via telephone
Sell security products and services offered by Beacon Protection
Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service, product information and price quotations.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.
Education/Work Experience Required:
High school degree or equivalent
At least 1-2 years working within a sales/appointment setting telemarketing role

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
