- Internet research skills - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Microsoft Word experience preferred - Switchboard phone (10 -30 lines) experience desired If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company and looking to thrive in a creative environment, we would love to hear from you! Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
